About Us

Greenwave was established in Gurgaon as a mechanical contracting and engineering company in 2013. We believe in giving our clients correct and detailed engineering and installation solutions which has helped us in gaining their trust & making them our repeat customers over the years. We have expanded our services to give turnkey solutions to our clients.

We named ourselves ‘Greenwave’ because we strive to give our clients and vendors environmentally ‘GREEN’ engineering solutions for their projects. Our aim is to make the project environmentally friendly right from the design and procurement stage.

Led by a team with strong technical expertise & a very well trained workforce, we provide solutions from concept to commissioning for mechanical projects to our clients.

Our team is our biggest asset and is the biggest reason for the rapid growth of ‘Greenwave’ over the years. We have a group of energetic and excellent professionals working for us from all backgrounds such as technical, designers, engineers, administrative, finance etc.

We provide a creative environment for our employees to enable their creative juices to flow and be more innovative in their approach.

Our 140+ member strong team is made up of individuals with hands on experience in all functions of the contracting industry.

We believe in giving the most economical solutions to our client considering the requirement of the project. Our aim is to not only make the project cost effective to execute but also make sure the running costs are low. We achieve cost effectiveness by the following methods.

  • Timely completion – 'Time is money'and we make sure the project is completed in time thereby reducing labour and delay costs.
  • Value engineering. We give our clients the most optimum solution for their needs to ensure they do not overspend.
  • Offering solutions with minimum running costs. We look at a project with an overview of life cycle costs rather than just initial costs.
QUALITY ASSURANCE

At Greenwave we believe in maintaining high quality standards. We achieve this by regular internal audits at our sites and educating our sta? about good installation practices. We have set up audit check lists to ensure similar installation standards are maintained across all our sites.

ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY

We believe people are our most important assets and their safety, health and welfare are of utmost importance to us. We ensure all the personnel working with us have gone through a rigorous induction process and have been taught our company policies and guidelines on safe working practices. We follow all government compliances and all our workers are covered under EPF/ESIC/Workman compensation policies etc.

We station a safety officer on each site to enforce company safety and environment protection guidelines. Our own permit system helps us in ensuring a double check is done before going through with any critical activity like working at heights or hot work. We have such a strong safety culture that it is recognised by all our clients. We have been given safety recognition awards and certificates at various sites.

INNOVATIVE IDEAS

We are not averse to change and believe that change is the only constant. Everyday, we try and improve and implement new ideas for easy and better working of the system. It helps us in tracking project progress keeping our purchase costs in check. We can have a complete overview of any of our running projects like schedule, indenting, material tracking purchase costs, and invoicing etc. for our ERP system. Right from the inception, we opted to manage our projects on our ERP System – PROMASCH.

MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS

We understand a customer’s requirement in detail and then work out multiple solutions to it and present it to him with all implications so he can make an informed decision. It is our ethics and commitment to project completion that has led few of our customers to trust us with the complete construction of their factories including electrical and civil work.
